The French PM Fillon says that he is not concerned about the worried about the current EURUSD rate.

EURCHF falls on talk that the SNB lowered its bid in the market to a lower level below 1.4100 (unconfirmed).

Rumors of bank issues in EURO region as a result of debt issues.

The EURUSD needs to get above 1.2131-43 to change some of the bearish bias.

bob-slade-forex-trading-8-150x200Good Morning:

The EUR/USD pair dropped below the 1.21 handle for the first time since April 2006.  Speculation that this morning’s US jobs report will show the recovery within the worlds largest economy is gaining traction.
Japan’s currency also is lower, after Naoto Kan was appointed Prime Minister.  Kan has made repeated calls for a weaker JPY.

Equity markets are lower-and US Futures erased earlier gains as speculation mounts that the worlds sovereign debt problems will not be going away anytime soon.
